When you click on "Click
Here" above you will be asked for your Name and Profile.
You must enter a name... a first name will do.
The "Profile" is
optional and can be your email address in the form mailto:name@address.com
or your web page address if you have one, in the form http://www.address.com.
After you've typed in your
Name and/or Profile, press your "ENTER" key or click
on the Volano - Chat button beside your name.
The chat room window will
then open. It works best if you expand the window to full screen
by clicking the square between the "-" and "X"
in the upper right hand corner of the window.
Type your messages in the
single line message window at the bottom of the Chat screen and
press the "ENTER" key on your keyboard to post the
message.
A complete Help file is available
on the tool bar at the top of the window.
Remember you must close the
Chat window(s) in order to return to Home Base. The "Back"
button at the top left of your browser will not get you there.

word "Chat" in the subject line of your email.
